Have you ever wanted to write for The Upper Room daily devotional guide but didn't know where to start? Join us for this online workshop with the editors of The Upper Room and learn how to create and submit your own devotional. For more than 90 years, The Upper Room has invited the world to pray every day. Each day's meditation shares a story from an ordinary person who has experienced God in the midst of everyday life. We invite you to share the story of God's presence in your life. In this one-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to come up with an idea, expand it and connect it to scripture, and shape it into an outline for a meditation. By the end of the session, you'll have a first draft of a meditation to fine-tune and submit for a future issue of The Upper Room. Writers of all ages and experience levels are welcome! Your story of faith could be part of someone's daily prayer on the other side of the world. We'd love to help you get started!
