Miswa with meatballs is a Filipino comfort food. There are many variations to this clear soup with savory meatballs and noodles. Miswa is a thin, Chinese whet vermicelli noodle. Other thin noodles can be substituted based on availability. The traditional ground meat is pork but other meats or meat substitutes can be used,
Jaguar Pascual started cooking in 2023 at the age of three. Jodel Pascual says his son wanted to learn how to cook rice, and Jaguar’s interest in cooking took off from there. In this video, the young chef shows us how he makes miswa with meatballs for his family.
