The smallest amount any minister who is not retired and who is available for full-time appointment to a pastoral charge is entitled to receive from his or her Annual Conference. Each Annual Conference annually establishes the amount of the minimum compensation. This is done upon the recommendation of the Annual Conference Commission on Equitable Compensation.
